Hi! Do I need to hack off part of the bump stop for this installation? Please send install procedure specific for a 1997 Lexus LX450.

Yes you will need to trim away the factory bump stops to install Air Lift helper springs # AL60728 on your 1997 Lexus LX 450. The installation will be similar to the Firestone kit # F4124 so I have linked its instructions since there aren't any available for the Air Lift kit.
