I have this setup on my car trailer and I was wondering what the torque speck is for the lug nuts?

Torque specs for wheel lug nuts will vary depending on the diameter of the lugs, type of lug nut and the wheel's material. The linked chart details the recommended torque for many combinations.
Dexter Hub/Drum # 84546UC3 has 1/2-inch studs and coned lug nuts. If used with a 15- or 16-inch steel wheel the torque range is 90-120-ft-lbs.
