Yes, the Timken Bearing Kit # TMK52VR will fit your 3,500 lb axle as it fits an standard #84 spindle.

The only time this kit won't fit with a 3,500 lb axle is if the trailer/axle is made before the 2000's since that's about the time that axle parts started to become standardized.

P15 isn't a way to identify what axle you have but if you can find the label/sticker on it that lists it's capacity or get me diameter of it I can see what parts you'd need to add brakes to it.

Hi Tony; the #BK2-100 and #TMK52VR come with the same size bearings and grease seal. The main difference is the Timken name. This is usually associated with a higher quality bearings that are made in the USA which also accounts for the higher cost.
