Can the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 leveling kit be installed on a 2016 Wildcat 272rlx fifth wheel? The frame on this model is not made by Lippert.

Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 can be installed on 5th wheel trailers that do not have a Lippert frame like your 2016 Wildcat.
As it comes this system's rear jacks will fit on 8, 10, and 12 inch tall frames. To install this system drilling will likely be required. Welding is not recommended when retro-fitting a trailer with this system. I have linked a video review for you.
