Troubleshooting Venture Landing Gear Not Working With Motor Still Working

I have a Venture dual motor landing gear one of the legs just came out, quit working I can slide the leg up and down by hand with no effort, I can hear the motor working when I push the switch, but it will only move by hand those are the only numbers I was able to find on the landing gear assembly. model 1A065012-02-05

If when you say "move by hand" you mean using the hand crank then I believe that your issue is the gearbox. Since you said you can hear the motor # LC241795 working and the landing gear seems to operate normally then you simply need to swap out your gearbox with the Replacement Gearbox # LC276602 and you should be good to go!
The only other thing would be that if you can actually move the leg by hand without cranking it then that would mean you need to replace your actual landing gear leg because it is messed up internally. If this is the case let me know and I can help you determine the correct replacement leg for your application.
