What are the maintenance requirements for the BandW Patriot sliding base BWRVB3270? Are there any grease fittings or other lubricants suggested or required for smooth operation for this slider?

B&W lists the following information regarding maintenance for the 18K Patriot slider 5th wheel trailer hitch # BWRVK3270:
Lubricate top surface of coupler with automotive type chassis grease or use a nylon lube plate to provide a lubricated surface.
Grease the saddle through the grease zerk approximately every six months with multi-purpose grease. this allows the coupler to pivot freely.
Grease jaws with automotive type chassis grease.
