Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at a pair of Lippert grease seals. Folks, these are going to be a double lip seal, and that's going to give you a protective barrier between the hub and the outside elements. And the double lip design helps keep water out while keeping that grease inside, giving you a long-lasting performance. And these are pretty simple as far as putting them in.
They get pressed into place. Overall diameter, so outside to outside, 3.371 inches. The inner diameter is two and a quarter or 2.25 inches. And these are commonly found on axle capacities between 5,200 pounds up to 8,000 pounds rating. You're going to get two, quantity two, and again, these will fit into the sizes I just mentioned.

Two out of the four seals I got, the spring fell out of while installing and was resting on the bearing. Not sure how integral the spring is but removed and tossed each seal and am concerned the other two are going to fall off once I get some miles on them and destroy the bearing
