For the 2011 Toyota Camry non-hybrid version we offer a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitches from several manufacturers and you can see all on the linked page. I recommend the Curt # C12343 because it costs less than the other options and because it requires no drilling for installation. An installation video and the written instructions are linked for you. The only special tool required to install the hitch is a torque wrench like # ALL944001.
If you also need a 4-pole trailer wiring harness for towing use Curt # C56079. A video showing installation in a Toyota and a helpful article are linked to help your installation. Towing also requires a ball mount/hitch ball like 2-inch # C45572 or 1-7/8-inch # C45571. Check your owner's manual for the car's towing capacity before towing any trailer.
If you plan to use a bike rack or other non-wheeled hitch-mounted accessory you'll need to use Curt's Trailer Hitch Support Strap # 18050 which is required to maintain your Curt hitch warranty.
