Drop Shank Recommendation for a Lifted Truck and an E2 Weight Distribution System

Question:
I recently purchased the e2 trunnion hitch for my 6inch lifted 2012 f150 during the set up I realized that my shank only s around 1 1/2inch leaving my trailer about 5inch inches too high truck measures 27, trailer measures 22 will this shank the 6 or so inches that I need with the trunnion hitch. Thanks

The max drop the # FA92-02-4315 that you referenced can do is 8 inches. Since you need right at 6 inches of drop to tow your trailer level this shank would work well for you.
