Question:
blue Ox now has a base plate for the Ford Edge Titanium. My problem is finding a wiring relay to make the lights work when connected to the Motorhome. I have a Unitified tow brake made by US Gear. I can not find a adaptation to work the LED lights on the Edge work.

For tow bar wiring to activate the tail lights on your 2015 Ford Edge Titanium when flat towing it behind a motor home you have a few options. But since you are using a supplemental braking system I recommend using 6 diodes. First you would need the 4 diode kit, # RM-154, and then 2 additional diodes, # RM-792. You would then wire it up like the picture I have included. This will only work if the motor home also has turn signals that are on a different bulb than the brake lights.
If the 6 diode method is the route you want to take then you will need to install a different connector to the back of the RV. This is because if the RV has a connector the brake lights and turn signals will be combined and for the above method to work they have to be on separate circuits. For this you can use Blue Ox 6 wire umbilical with connectors # BX8862 and some additional wire, # DW04906-1, sold by the foot.
Or, instead of all that, you could use a magnetic light kit such as # RM-2120 and avoid any compatibility issues altogether.
It also appears that the battery will need to be disconnected to flat tow your 2015 Ford Edge. Consult the owners manual to confirm.
Like you said, Blue Ox does have base plates for the 2015 Edge. If you have an SE, SEL, or Titanium and without a 2.0L EcoBoost motor use # BX2667. If you have a Sport model without the 2.0L EcoBoost motor use # BX2657.
For a compatible tow bar that comes with safety cables I recommend the Alpha, # BX7380. I have linked a video review for you.
You will need to check the braking systems wiring instructions to determine how the lighting system wiring ties into it (if it does).
