For the 2000 model year Chevy trucks there was both an actual Silverado model and C/K series models with a Silverado trim option.
For an actual Silverado model, 1500, I recommend Curt hitch # C14332 rated for 1,000 pounds tongue weight and 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight when NOT using weight distribution. When using weight distribution it is rated for 1,200 pounds tongue weight and 12,000 pounds gross trailer weight.
If your truck is a C/K series 1500 then I recommend Curt hitch # C14081 which has the same ratings as the hitch mentioned above.
Curt hitch # 13339 is for models with the deep drop bumper and would not be the best fit on a model with the regular bumper.
