Does this product has balance done already from the manufacturer?

The wheel/tire combos we offer are not balanced at the factory. When the tire is mounted to the wheel, the high or heavy spot on the wheel is matched to the low or light spot on the tire, which leaves the wheel and tire somewhat balanced.
You can have the wheel/tire balanced if you wish to, but it is not as important to have perfectly balanced tires used for trailers as it is with a passenger vehicle.
