The Strap Hinge for Enclosed Cargo Trailer Doors # 2008-8 does not come with hardware. The reason for that is the hinge can be attached to wood, steel, aluminum, fiberglass and so on, all of which would require a different fastener.
I went out to the warehouse and pulled one to measure the hole diameter for you. All of the holes have a 0.32 inch opening so a 5/16 inch fastener would probably be the best option.
