Trailer hitches that are available for your 2013 Toyota Prius are Class l hitches. These hitches limit the amount of bikes you can carry in a Class l hitch to 2. I do have another option that will work for you.
I recommend a trunk mount bike rack like the OutWay part # TH56BV. This bike carrier can carry 3 bikes and just weighs about 19 lbs. This carrier uses only 2 steel cables for securing the carrier to the vehicle instead of the 4-6 straps that most carriers offer. The weight capacity for this bike carrier is 99 lbs or 33 lbs for each bike.
If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
