Question:

We have a Subaru Outback 2013 and are getting a 2inch hitch installed Monday. Im wondering if Item # S64678, the Swagman Current Bike Rack, could hold these 2 step-thru ebikes , especially the Momentum Vida E+ 2021, Small size frame. Im concerned that the hooks cannot lower enough to accommodate the low frames. We also have fenders installed on both bikes. Also, the Pedego Element has 20x4If the Swagman Current doesnt suit, what option do you recommend? Thanks.

The Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # S64678 is a great bike rack option and it can be used on bikes with a step-through frame. The hooks can be adjusted but there are some instances in which the hooks won't be able to reach the bottom, this is usually an issue when used with two step-through frames. Therefore, I recommend switching the long and small hook around then using an adapter bar, the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # S57FR.
