FOLLOW JACK SEIZED. REMOVED JACK REMOVED SHAFT AND GEARS. LOWER GEAR ON SHAFT IS SEIZED. LOWER PART OF SCREW SPINS FREELY. APPEARS THAT DOWEL PIN ON GEAR IS WORN INTO HOUSING. BROKEN SHAFT?. NEED TO REPLACE FOLLOW LEG ASSEMBLY?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and he said it sounded like you have a broken shaft and you will need a replacement follow landing leg and snap pin.
The Stromberg Carlson replacement follower leg, # LG-179014, is designed as a replacement for landing gear # LG-1 and # LG-183708. But also works with most other brands including Atwood, Lippert, and Venture. It is very likely this leg will work with your landing gear.
