Question:
I purchased a hitch for my 2015 Dodge Caravan. I lost the bolts to hold it to the car. Can you please tell me the size / thread / etc so that I may purchase replacements, or do you sell them?

The bolts used to install a hitch like the part # 13364 are the existing bolts that came on your 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The two sizes of the bolts are M10 CL10.9 and M12 CL10.9.

So, I installed hitch on my 2014, and after I put the bolts back, on Passenger side the M10 CL10.9 snapped. I managed to get it out, but now the hole is big and new bolt won’t hold to anything. It’s looks like there was a nut or something, but I can’t see anything now. What should I do?
