Does this item come with a pin and clip lock or must this be sold separately?

The Curt 2-Inch Dual Receiver Adapter # D-192 that you referenced DOES include a hitch pin and clip along with the dual receiver. If you prefer to be able to lock this item in your 2-inch hitch you cold instead use a locking hitch pin such as # e98880 that we offer.

Please do note that ANY adapter will cut your hitch's rated tongue weight (TW) capacity by 50-percent. This is a result of the additional leverage such adapters place on the hitch tube. So for example, if your hitch's safety sticker indicates a TW rating of 350-lbs then with the adapter in use the actual capacity will be 175-lbs.
