You should be able to. That doesn't sound like too much tongue weight. It depends on what year Honda Pilot you have. That information will be in your owners manual and on your hitch's instructions. However, I need to know what year your vehicle is to answer that question accurately. If you find this information on your own please be aware you need to go by whatever has the lowest capacity. If your Honda tops out at 300 lbs and the hitch is rated for more go with your Honda's number. Or vice versa.

It sounds like you're looking for a dual hitch adapter and the Roadmaster item # RM83SR you were looking at would be a great choice. I didn't see an Equalizer one in your search history.

The Roadmaster item # RM83SR is rated to be used while towing a trailer and hauling a bike rack. It has a 400 lbs tongue weight capacity you will want to stay under. This includes the bike rack, bikes, and the tongue weight of your trailer. It also has a 10,000 lbs towing capacity which you will be well under.

If you're unsure of your trailer's tongue weight you can use the etrailer Tongue Weight Scale for Campers and Utility Trailers item # e99044 to get an accurate number.

Hey, what ended up working with your Honda Pilot and the Roadmaster dual hitch adapter? It sounds like that setup could handle your camper and bikes if the weights stayed within limits. Sharing how it turned out could help others planning a similar tow.
