What is the TW for this hitch extender? I want to use it to carry four bikes? Could it handle the weight?

I have a great solution for you. I confirmed with Curt that they do not have a tongue weight rating for the Curt High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 4" Rise/Drop - 8" Long # C59KR because this adapter is recommended to use for flat-towing applications only. With that being said, the Curt High-Low Adapter # C59KR only has a tested gross towing weight capacity of 7,500 pounds.

However, if you want a great adapter alternative that has been tested for its tongue weight capacity, I recommend the Curt # D-192. This particular adapter has a maximum tongue weight of 350 pounds.

It is important to note that you also need to consider the tongue weight capacity of your hitch. When you use any sort of hitch adapter, you decrease the overall weight capacity of your hitch by 50%. If, for example, you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13427 installed on your 2021 Hyundai Palisade, you will only have 375 pounds of available tongue weight capacity (instead of the original 750).

As long as you are within the weight limits, you can mount/use a 4-bike rack with a hitch adapter. If you are looking for a bike rack that doesn't require you to use a hitch extender when using the Curt # C13427, I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR. The Hitching Post Pro comes with an impressive shank that measures 13-1/2 inches form the center of the pinhole to the upright bar of the rack. Also, for extra security that protects the rack itself, I recommend the Snug-Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2. If you plan on transporting women's bikes, children's bikes, or bikes with step-thru frames, I recommend the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 to attach to the bikes to the arms of the rack. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the Hitching Post Pro mounted on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade without an adapter.

As with all hitches, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure that you can safely transport the weight you with to carry.
