What would be the cooler of choice to use for the most cooling and needed other parts

Derale transmission cooler # D13504 is a large, efficient cooler that will work well on your 2005 Chevy Express 3500. I also recommend adding fitting # D13035 so you can avoiding having to cut and flare lines.
The best place for the cooler is going to be right behind the front grille where it gets the most air flow. I have included some helpful links for you on transmission coolers.
