Will a Trailer Turn Signal Hyperflash if an LED is Installed on It

Question:

I want to install this light as a signal light on my 16 foot trailer towards the front of my trailer Would it cause htperflashing truck and trailer have regular signal lights?

Hyperflashing will only occur when a LED is installed on a vehicle's turn signal wiring. When installed on a trailer wiring setup hyperflashing won't happen.

You would not need to worry about hyper flashing if you install this on your trailer.

I recently installed a flatbed on my truck. These light hook up to the trailer 4 prong connector. The turn signals are hyper flashing. Why is this?

Are the new assemblies on the flat bed LEDs? If so, this can still cause hyperflashing even though you're hooked up to the 4-Way (depending on how that harness is wired). You'll just need to add some load resistors, part # P230004A-2, to those turn signal circuits.
