7-Way Recommendation for a 2009 Ford E-350 Van

Question:
Item 118261 doesnt matchup eith my2009 E350 van. I have two four pin connectors with three or four terminals in each, one side being male and the other female. I could send a photo. What is your return policy?

The connectors that the # 118261 is designed to fit should look like the picture that I attached. It is possible that you haven't found the correct harnesses on your 2009 Ford E-350 Van. The correct harness will be under the rear of the van inside the driver's side frame rail. See attached pic.
