Question:
I am trying to install a 7way trailer plug with trailer brakes. I found the plug for the controller in the dashboard and I believe I have found the spot under the rear of the motorhome. Im looking for the correct harness/adapter to buy. 2011 Thor Majestic 23a Ford E350 sd chassis

Wiring for your 2011 Thor Majestic 23A on Ford E-350 Chassis will depend on whether or not you have the factory tow package/ports, which it sounds like you do. For a 7-way you would need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118261. See the attached picture which shows what the connections look like.
If you do not have the port for this and don't have the factory tow package then you would need to first install the # 118551 for a 4-way. Once installed, you would need the Universal installation kit # ETBC7. This kit comes with the adapter, wiring, and everything else you would need to upgrade to a 7-way.
The wiring harness for a brake controller would depend on the brand. If you still need a brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller - Proportional # RED24FR. The main unit for this brake controller installs behind the dash, with only the control knob showing in the cab of your motorhome.
You would then need the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # 331-TPH-005 for installation using the factory port. If you do not have the factory port then you would need the # RED69FR instead. I would make sure the wiring harnesses for the 7-way and brake controller match up with the plugs you found on your motorhome just to be sure.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
