I checked the bearing numbers and they seem to match but can you tell me if this is the correct kit for a Dexter 8-219 hub? Thank You

There are a few different types of 8-219 hubs, some that take a 2-1/4 inch inner diameter seal and some that take a 2-1/8 inch inner diameter.
The bearing kit # BK3-200 you referenced will work with the trailer hub and drum assembly 8-219 as long as the seal diameter is 2-1/4 inches. Check the part numbers on your bearings so you can match them to the correct kit.
If your spindle diameter measures 2-1/8 inches where the seal rides using a digital caliper, the bearing kit you need is # BK3-210. See the diagram I included.
