Hi There, I need the spare part for the 515 0109 Thule 4 bike hitch. It it the main bolt the secures the bike hitch to the hitch on the truck. See pic. Can you help me?

I spoke to my contact at Thule and she informed that the number you listed isn't a part number, but that based on that she could tell about how old your rack is and what would be the correct part you are looking for.
The replacement bolt you need to secure the bike rack to your hitch is the part # 908-1240-54.

Hello I have the same hitch mount bike rack, but my issue is the opposite of above. The tube that mounts into the hitch has a nut welded inside that the bolt screws into to secure the rack. You can see it if you zoom in. The weld failed and the nut came out so I am looking for a replacement of the horizontal tube shown in the photo above. Is there a Thule part number and is the a replaceable item? Thank you.

I bought a used Thule 4 bike rack. It has that same model/part number on it (515-0109). My truck has a standard 2" hitch receiver. The bike rack has a 2" extender which drops down to 1 1/4", so when it goes into my hitch it wobbles. There must have been a 2" sleeve adapter at one point, but is now probably lost. How can I find the part # for the sleeve and mounting bolt?
