Im curious if this will work on a Thule bike rack? The real question is Are the threads on the HLT Lock the same as the threads on the non- locking Thule bolt?

Thule has a replacement lock housing for their threaded hitch pins as part # 753-3725-02 or for a kit that includes a new hitch pin, lock core and keys we have the # THSTL2. The Kuat lock kit part # HLT will not work on a Thule bike rack though.
