Hello Mark. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement dust cap that will fit the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer Bike Racks # HLT. If I were you, I would reach out directly to Kuat. They are usually really good at helping to take care of stuff like this. Otherwise the only solution I can offer is to buy a whole new lock.

Thule has a replacement lock housing for their threaded hitch pins as part #753-3725-02 or for a kit that includes a new hitch pin, lock core and keys we have the #THSTL2. The Kuat lock kit part #HLT will not work on a Thule bike rack though.

Hey Joel, I can confirm for you that the diameter of the Kuat Hitch Lock part #HL1 is 3/8 inch. This is not a very common diameter pin lock so this would be your best and only option.
