Hello Mark. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement dust cap that will fit the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer Bike Racks # HLT. If I were you, I would reach out directly to Kuat. They are usually really good at helping to take care of stuff like this. Otherwise the only solution I can offer is to buy a whole new lock.
