The extension towing mirrors I ordered are just as advertised. If it weren't for the small clips that lock them on the existing mirrors, you would never know they weren't factory originals. It only takes seconds to install or remove them. I haven't had a chance to test drive them yet, but from the fit, I don't think vibration will be a problem.
