According to my contact at Air Lift their LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit # AL57390 will not install on your 2003 4WD F-250 that does not have jounce strike plates. Instead you can use kit # AL57215 that mounts on your leaf springs. The written install instructions are linked for reference.
