Availability of a Trailer Hitch for the 2007 BMW 328i

I notice someone here suggested the sh44VR for a 2008 328i. Would this also work for a 2007 328i? It is for the 2007 335i but my understanding is that the engine is the only difference from the 328i.

For the 2007 BMW 328i Wagon then the only hitches available are the Stealth Trailer Hitch Receivers # SH44VR or the # SH88VR. These hitches also work for the 2007 BMW 328i Wagon, the 335i Coupe, and the 335i Sedan.
