What is the inside diameter of the t-slot scissor jack drill adapter for power drill?

I went and pulled an Ultra-Fab T-Slot Power Drill Adapter # UF48-979071 from our warehouse to measure the inside diameter of the open end of the adapter and found that it measures .627 inches or 15.9 mm.
