I need the , tape i guess, to cover unused mounting holes in my carrier so water will not get in. i had some small round stick on patch things but need more also need a 2860 but double sided your pic shows single side?

It sounds like you need the vinyl hole covers such as # 10171.

For the key, the picture is not the actual key, just a representative photo. The actual key # THKEYN2860 will have teeth cut on both sides.
