I have a Thule Excursion that was made in 2007. Im missing one of the flat plates. The two holes appear to be 4inch apart. Will this fit?

Your Thule Excursion will need the Replacement Box Plate # TH10378. This is the specific plate listed from Thule. I do see the Plate # TH04998 you found is very similar with both having holes at 4" on center. The difference I see is the one you found is 5"x3" while the one Thule lists is 5-1/2"x2-1/2".
