Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this dropdown TV wall Mount. This is going to allow you to mount your RV's television to the front here, and then you can mount this on the wall of your RV, wherever you like. As long as it's going to hold up to the weight of the TV and the mounting bracket here this will allow you to lock your TV up against the wall so that if you need a little bit more room to move around in your RV, or especially while you're traveling you can get it locked up in place. You're not gonna have to worry about it jiggling around ,getting damaged if you hit potholes or turbulence in the road, that sort of thing.

So a really nice bracket here. To get it from the locked position as we have it here to the unlocked we're gonna use this little ring on this wire here and to demonstrate how that's going to work with a television here is Zach. So you can see he's gonna pull on that ring and that's going to unlock the TV and allow us to lower it down into several different positions, depending on what's going to be best for your height. So if you have a really low recliner or something like that you can get it really low, or you can raise it up. And this does swivel from side to side to allow you to get the best viewing angle and then you can raise it up and lock it in place there, like so.

So a very nice option for you. This is going to accommodate several different sized televisions. So we've got three different VESA mounting patterns. That VESA is the current standard for television. So it's gonna work for most televisions out there.

So we've got a 100 millimeter by 100 millimeter pattern. We've got a 200 millimeter by 100 millimeter pattern and a 200 by 200. So depending on the mounting style of your television determine which kind you'll use, they do include hardware not only to get the wall Mount mounted onto your wall but also to get your television mounted onto the wall mount here, lots of different options there to make sure that all television types are covered. Now another limiting factor for the TV that you can use not only a which VESA mount style it has but it's also going to this is gonna have a maximum load capacity of 20 pounds. So you wanna make sure that your TV is not gonna exceed that.

And as I mentioned before you do want to make sure that wherever you're mounting this your wall is gonna be able to support the weight of the television, that 20 pounds plus the weight of your mounting bracket here. So that it's going to hold up to that weight. You might have to reinforce it if not. As far as our dimensions go this is right about 13 and five sixteenths of an inch wide. This is going to be vary in height from 17 and five eights of an inch tall when we have it retracted like it is now when we have it fully extended from the top of the bracket, all the way down it's going to be about 29 and a quarter of an inch. You can see here with it all folded up. It's about five and one eighth of an inch deep. So that's going to be the minimum amount of space you're gonna need when we have it extended fully down that extends out to about eight and a half inches. But when we have it up at it's maximum depth which is about horizontal to the bracket it's about 13 and three eights of an inch. So that's the max that it's going to extend out into your living space or wherever you have this mounted. So make sure that you have enough room for all that. This is a nice metallic construction so it's going to be very sturdy and durable for you. It's got a black powder coat finish on it. So again, should hold up for you for a nice long, nice long time. If I undo this bracket here, you can see we do have these gas struts here that will allow us to lower and raise our television. That's going to kind of take some of that weight from us. So it's gonna be much easier for us to lift this back up into place when we're ready to get that TV put back in. So overall, really nice construction. This is made here in the USA. So you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US.
