This refrigerator is a total piece of junk. We bought it and installed it for a 2 week trip last summer (2021). We made the trip fine but that was our only trip with the frig until this spring (2022). We loaned the trailer with the refrigerator to our son to use for a job away from home. The refrigerator worked approximately one week before the freezer wouldn't cool. A week later, the refrigerator section also failed. The refrigerator had a 1 year warranty but the trailer is 600 miles from where we live and I did not have time to go remove the refrigerator from the trailer. Instead, he purchased a 110V refrigerator from [hardware store] that works great. When I finally get time to go to the trailer, I will remove the Everchill garbage and put the 110V $xxx frig in its place.

First thing I would check is that your outlet has enough amperage to power the fridge at 12VDC. If you are hooked up to a battery, then make sure that it has a full charge and that it has at least 11 amps available to run this fridge as that is the amperage it pulls. It is also important to be as level as possible to avoid fluid accumulation that can affect its operation. I also recommend unplugging the unit and leaving the doors open to allow any ice to defrost. Clean out the drain tube by removing the back panel and using a long tube brush to clean the tube. If these steps do not fix the issue then you most likely have a control module or thermostat issue and will need to contact Way Interglobal for replacement parts.

I did my research on this RV refrigerator, found it in several places. The more I looked JD from BTBRV ALWAYS crowing about ETRAILER'S great service and this was a big purchase! I called to ask the usual questions and was lucky to have Paul answer the call! He gave me is ext. and always answered my call! I installed the refrigerator myself with youtube help! Wife gives it 20 STARS! THANKS to all at ETRAILER!

Unit was purchased to replace a brand new N8X Norcold absorption unit. It fit perfectly in the cutout. Our RV door opening is 24 inches wide and it fit with no problem. I just had to run a power wire with fusible link from the battery to the unit. At initial start up it was 80 degrees outside and it took less than 2 hours to get down to 32 degrees in the refrigerator. Very satisfied with product. Mounting brackets did not come with hardware. This is the new model so it does have an on/off switch.

Our RV Refrigerator was delivered today. The box looked undamaged so we signed for it. I opened the box and found alot of damage.

I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.

After the "damaged in shipping" range showed up 2 days ago, I was nervous. But the fridge came boxed well and damage free! I am looking forward to getting it installed. I am gaining 2 CF of space inside by switching to a 12V.. Oh yeah, and the damaged range is being taken care of by etrailer (another 5 star)

We have used this product on a few camping trips and are very satisfied thus far.

Shipping was reasonably quick and product seems undamaged. But it is missing any kind of instructions or manuals.

Thank you. I have emailed you the instructions and will have them added to our website.

Installed easy and the. Lient was extremely happy.

Beautiful and spacious RV refrigerator. Plugged it in and in about an hour, the freezer was at zero and the refrigerator at 32 degrees.

Works great!! Customer service was exce llent!

Good price & fast delivery.

Great communications and follow up on my order. The visual shipping tracking feature is awesome.

Love this fridge!I have been able to maintain my RV batteries (2x6volt) with 400 watts of solar pannels for 15 days. I can turn the fridge on a few hours before I need to use it. The fridge I replaced (Dometic Fridge: RM2652) needed to be turned on the day before. This new fridge capacity is almost 2x bigger.

Works great. Colder than propane fridges. Fridge automatically turns on when power is applied. Only runs off electricity.

great fridge

The freezer compartment leaks since day 1.

Check the defrost drain for clogs or dirt or debris as that is the most common reason for leaks. You might even turn the fridge off to defrost it and the drain line to see if it will unclog and start draining properly. Also, try lowering the temperature setting of your fridge as well.
-- Etrailer Expert Sierra K - 11/30/2021

Ship quickly, Easy install and works very well. Cooled down to 28 degrees in less than two hours.

Wish it was a propane but other then that it seems to be working fine

It works nice no problems I would recommend to others

I only buy from They have the very best customer service in the industry!

It work for 2 days after it was installed. I call the Manufacture and They sent me the parts to fix it.and now works very good.

We bought this refrigerator one year ago and it has performed flawlessly. The refrigerator stays cold and the freezer will make ice cubes quickly. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Have yet to use refer but the the overall fit and finish is quite good. Except for height the foot print is the same as the stock refer I'm replacing. I'm gaining almost 4 cu ft. Very nice.

not installed yet but looks great.looks like lots more interior space then the old unit.will be working on it this weekend I hope

  • Troubleshooting Excessive Condensation Inside Everchill Refrigerator
There are a couple of reasons why you might be getting excessive condensation inside your Everchill Refrigerator like the # 324-000119 that you referenced. Condensation like what you're describing is typically caused by warm air finding a way inside so the first thing you will want to check is the gasket on the door that keeps a good seal when it's closed. Check to make sure it isn't worn or broken and in need of a replacement. A good at-home test is to place a piece of paper between...

If there's a battery in the power source wiring make sure it has a solid charge as well. If that all checks out it's most likely a problem with the fridge though. • Why Is My RV Refrigerator Leaking Water Inside
It sounds like the refrigerator may have a drip pan or drain line that allows it to drain condensation. If the drain line is plugged then you will have dripping inside of the fridge. Or the end of the drain line has somehow come loose and is not draining to the outside but the inside of your refrigerator. Sometimes there are little plastic fittings on the end of the drain hose that may pop off if there's too much water pressure causing it to leak inside of the refrigerator as well. If it...
