Recommended Swivel T.V. Mount That Gives Access To Storage Located Behind T.V.

Question:
I have a permanent wall mount TV with a dead space behind it I am looking for Hardwear hinge and catch so I can flip up the tv and access the storage behind it. I Cant find any such kit or mounting, any help? Thanks
