Easy to Remove for Travel
When you and your partner are ready to head out on the road for your camping trip, you can easily remove this snap-in mount from the wall bracket so that your TV won't fall to the ground and break during travel. Or if you're worried about your TV getting damaged or stolen during winter, you can just take it with you. When you get to the campground, or at the start of the season, simply snap it back into the bracket on the wall.
How to Measure Your TV for VESA Mounting Patterns
VESA is an industry standard for measurements given in millimeters used to mount TVs. Most modern TVs use this standard, but you need to know your TV's mounting pattern to select the correct mount. To find this pattern, use a ruler to measure the distance between mounting holes on the back. You can measure in centimeters, keeping in mind that 10cm equals 100mm.
This diagram illustrates the compatible VESA mounting patterns of this RV TV mount:

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this MORryde snap in fixed TV Mount. This is a wall mount that's going to allow you to securely hold your television in your RV's living room or bedroom area wherever it is that you're wanting to watch your TV. This is a snap in design. So you do you have two different pieces here. I'll try and demonstrate this for you.
It is a little difficult without it being mounted in place. So we'll push down on the back of the bracket, which would if it's mounted, it will be lifting up on your TV. So kind of think of it in reverse from the way I'm showing it. But once you get these two pieces apart, you can see this is the piece that's going to be mounted on your wall. So it's going to be very easy to access those mounting holes to get that mounted in place.
And then you'll be able to mount your television onto this portion. This does have several different mounting patterns here. So it's gonna be compliant with five different VESA mounting patterns. So that VESA pattern system is pretty much standard to most of your flat screens today. So we are going to have a 200 millimeter by 100 millimeter pattern here, 200 by 200 and a 300 by 300, as well as a 400 by 200 and a 400 by 400.
So several different mounting patterns there for different televisions should cover quite a wide range but you are gonna be limited by the maximum load capacity, which is 35 pounds. So make sure that not only that mounting pattern is gonna work for your television but also the weight capacity. So if your TV is more than 35 pounds, it will not work with this. But then once you get your TV mounted in place using the included hardware, will just be as easy as taking it up to the bracket on your wall, hooking it up into place, and then snapping it in like so. It's gonna be a nice sturdy connection.
You're not gonna have to worry about it wobbling or anything as you're traveling down the road. And then if you do want to remove your television in the off season, rather than leaving it in the storage or wherever you would have it, you can just as easily remove that again and take it inside with you. So like I said they are going to include all the hardware that you need. As far as our measurements go, our overall dimensions we're looking at about 18 and 1/2 inches wide by 16 and 1/2 inches tall and just a little bit over two inches deep about two and 1/8 of an inch there. This is gonna be a very static option for you. It's not going to give you a whole lot of maneuverability. So if you're wanting a straight on view this might do a great job for you. We do have other options that give you a little bit more pivot so you can the accommodate different viewing angles to make sure that you're always getting the angle that you need. But this is just gonna be a straight arm mounted to the wall option for you. So if that's what you're looking for this will do a good job. It is made here in the USA So you can trust its made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust the products that are made here in the US. So like I said, gonna be a great option especially for those of you who want to take your television down in the off season. And you're just needing that straight arm viewing angle. If you have other options or concerns about viewing angle or adjustability, I would suggest some of those other MORryde mounting options. So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
