This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Matte black, powder coated steel is durable and corrosion resistant and creates a rugged look.

Specs:
The sturdy steel construction is protected with a matte black finish for added durability. This unique powder coating gives etrailer hitches a carbide-like appearance and a rugged look that sets them apart from traditional glossy hitches. In addition to being rust and corrosion resistant, the tough matte coating hides dirt, scuffs, and dings better than a glossy finish.

This hitch has been excellent. This style of hitch requires removing body paneling and cutting a slot in the rear underbody cover. This is to be expected and is not a big deal. What is a big deal though, was that this hitch lined up will all mounting holes perfectly! Overall, this is a great hitch.
No problems on the install fit like a glove. The only problem was doing it with one person.
I ended up strapping one side to my floor jack and worked just fine.
Thank you for making a fine product!

Hi Sterling! Your install looks great. It is much easier with a buddy for sure. It seems like you got the job done solo though. Now the question is, what are you using it for?
Great instructional videos for installation on a 2015 Sienna XLE, looks great, hidden nicely under the plastic under cover. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to add a hitch receiver.

The hitch is hardly noticeable under your Sienna, Rafi! What are you going to use the hitch for?
The product is perfect for Siennas, dont get a different one. Lined up with built in mounting holes on my 2014. The install video was superb and easy to follow. I ended up not removing the exhaust and just pushing it out of the way (1/2"). Just need a flathead screw driver for all the panel clips, philips for the screws, and 19mm socket/ extention for the hitch mounting bolts. I just put a jack stand on one end while I got one screw hand twisted into the muffler side, then got the screws in the driver side before going back and getting the remaining screws on the muffler side. Easy DIY, just set aside a couple hours. Happy to be able to use our bike and cargo racks!
Sturdy, high quality, easy to install. I like that it preserves the limited clearance under the vehicle. I have a 2016 AWD Sienna and plan to use it for a Rockymounts 2-bike rack with a Kuat swingarm. The videos on e-trailer made installation as easy as it could be. I was able to do the job alone without lifting the back end of the vehicle (helps that I'm a small woman). I suggest if you do the same, use something to prop up the driver's side of the hitch and the receiver (I used landscaping bricks) when it comes time to install the bolts, so you're only lifting the passenger side while getting that first bolt in.

We’ve taken it on a couple of trips using our swing arm and bike rack. No issues, couldn’t be happier.
Installed same day as delivery. Fit perfectly. 2013 Toyota Sienna. Two hour installation myself. Installation videos Very helpful. Thank you ????

Hey! Install looks great, John. What are you going to use the hitch for?
Took much longer than I anticipated to install, but it looks so clean. Would definitely recommend this hitch over the others it sits well enclosed and perfectly flush on my 2013 Sienna
Easy home install on our 2017 Sienna. Loaded up our 6x bike rack no problem just in time for vacation. Can’t complain about product or etrailer.
Fit the 2018 F150 perfectly. I’ve used it for a tow hook to pull out shrubs and as a place to mount a really large communications antenna.

Still working great. I get a lot of questions regarding a front-mounted hitch receiver.
Excellent fit, clear instructions. High quality fasteners. Very impressed with concealment.
It fit perfectly with the existing bolt holes. I installed it myself which was tricky but manageable. Thankfully I didn't need to unhang the exhaust as the installation video instructed. The finished hitch looks great and I don't have any ground clearance issues.
The trailer arrived fast and in great condition. Bolts for hitch were taped to the hitch securely which I appreciate(far too often the hardware is sliding around loose in packaging, and occasionally is poorly packaged.
Installation took a little over an hour, and removing the exhaust was honestly the hardest part. For safety reasons, I would HIGHLY recommend using tire ramps to hold up your Sienna instead of a traditional hydraulic jack system.
I absolutely love the look of the hitch now that it is installed, and the stability of the fit is phenomenal. DIY is definitely the way to go, to avoid paying astronomical fees for U-Haul or a dealership to install it for you. I will definitely come back to this site if I need other high quality accessories for my sienna or highlander.

Helping folks tackle the DIY is our ideal outcome for sure - kudos to you for shopping around a little before booking an installer and taking on the project yourself! Since this is on a van, are you going to be using the hitch for a cargo carrier?
This thing went on as promised. Pay close attention to the video when removing inserts for plastic panel on the 2018 Sienna. They are two parts. Loosen the internal section first. Then pull it out. Then you can remove the outer section. The video was very helpful especially the part about bending down the tabs. Take special care with that part bending slowly and as close to the metal body as possible so the weld doesn't break.
I had to horse it a bit once I got a few bolts on. Possibly very slightly bent in transit but just pulled hard and all the holes lined up perfectly.
This is the second hitch receiver I've purchased from etrailer. Their quality is solid, their installation instructions are comprehensive, and their customer service is highly responsive!
Nice low profile design - only the hitch itself is visible. Installed by my mechanic no problem. I use it for my bike rack. Has given me 1 year of trouble free usage.
This etrailer hitch is well made heavy duty construction. I am really happy with the purchase. This can be done by 1 person but you need extra tools for the install. Example a floor jack,2x4 for balancing the hitch. With this new hitch I have extra ground clearance because the hitch is hidden. This will tow a 5x10 enclosed trailer with ease. The rear plastic cover you have to cut in half and shorten the screws that fasten the plastic cover down. Because the screws are too long and will scratch the paint on the hitch causing it to rust. I would recommend this etrailer hitch to everyone. Thank you again etrailer you have the best towing equipment. Thank you
I installed the hitch on a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The hitch was easy to install, you do need to remove and trim the rear cover that is underneath, but it is very straight forward and I felt like even a kid could do it. Would like to add that I did not have to remove the exhaust hanger, I simply moved the exhaust pipe over and worked the hitch into place. I really like how there is no big hitch hanging down in the back, looks very clean, like it came that way from the factory. Worth every penny and would highly recommend!!
The eTrailer hitch receiver is first class. I fits my 2017 Toyota Sienna perfectly. The instructions, while mostly very good, give incorrect dimensions for a cutout that must be made in the plastic body underpanel. My advice is to make your own measurements, using a bolt hole as a reference point.
Excellent receiver! Heavy duty, built well. Love the flat black powder coating and love that only the receiver part itself is showing. Easy install into my 2017 Sienna with a little bit of help. Installation video is excellent!
Fantastic product, great customer service. Lauren was super helpful in guiding me to the right product. Prices are very reasonable. Great experience overall. (Word to the wise, if your hitch is for a heavy bike rack, get the 500lb tongue weight just to be safe.)
The hitch was delivered to me the day after I ordered it and was in good shape. Installing it was made a little easier after watching it done by etrailer staff on line and with good help from a friend with a vehicle lift. Finished look is great can not wait to get the bike rack hooked up. The customer service here is the best..
Very well constructed shipping on time great customer service. Installation video made the installation easy
Repeat customer here. The people at etrailer are something special!!! My favorite thing about etrailer is their high quality, high value and personable video reviews, comparisons and instructions for my model vehicle.
Shipping was stupid fast! Installation was a breeze because of the step by step how to video, did it in under 75 minutes. I got this hitch on sale too and saved a ton of money. Unbelievable!!!
Last but not least, this puppy is truly behind the bumper and hidden, I love that. And not worried about scrubbing the ground like i have in the past on a different model van and a different hitch. Thank you etrailer and great products and great service!

I still love this hitch! Have used it a bunch on trips with a cargo carrier also from etrailer and with a pull behind trailer to pick up some dirt. Has been a great return on investment. Thank you etrailer for your services.
Installed in a matter of a couple of hours by myself. I used a QuickJack to raise the car up. Otherwise, I would have had a time getting under there. Also used a floor jack with some 4x4s to raise the hitch in place, and then secured with a tie down before getting the 1st couple of bolts in. The image for the cutting of the undertray is not very accurat; you'll need to cut more than shown. Hauled my dirt bike with a HF carrier and had no issues. Definitely recommend this hitch and believe it was worth the extra work to install the hidden version.

No complaints. Still glad I went with the hidden version, both for aesthetics and ground clearance issues. Will probably get another for one of my other vehicles at some point.
Great price and very fast shipment for such a huge box. Well packaged and easy to unpack. (I used the cardboard box to lay on as I did the install!). Directions were excellent. Only difference for my 2013 Toyota Sienna LXE was that all three bolt holes (In each side of frame) were the ones factory taped (Rubber gasket hole does not get used— and I taped over that one). It was tedious, but not hard. I woundn’t call this a 9/10 difficulty. Even cutting the plastic undercover is super easy. The head scratcher was finding out how to pull the bumper off it’s clips after unscrewing it. Overall I was very impressed with the product and the ease of installation. I really LOVE how the bar is hidden behind the bumper and all you really see is the receiver. That is SO worth the few bucks extra from basic models where you do see the entire crossbar. I also love that this is painted satin, not gloss black. Looks extra cool.
