Question:
I was reading your reply on the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Controller for a 2025 Toyota Sienna. I have a 2020 Sienna that has the factory tow package (oil cooler, larger radiator, etc.), but no receiver (frame hitch) or trailer connections. Would you say I also need the TK69FR, ETBC7, and TK94FR? I already have a Tekonsha Prodigy 3, but your site says I need a hardwire solution for my Sienna to use it. Is there some other solution I should be looking at? Thanks!

Hi Dave; you can use your Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your 2020 Toyota Sienna. However, the wiring will be a little different on the 2020. You still need the # ETBC7 but for the 4-way it is the # 118498 if you have the SE and the # 118648 for anything that is not the SE.
The Tekonsha harness adds a 4-way and then the # ETBC7 will upgrade it to a 7-way. This has all of the necessary wiring to install any in-cab brake controller, including the P3. Since this is a universal application you will splice in the brake controller wiring from the P3, a custom harness is not available.
If you're looking for a trailer hitch as well I recommend our own etrailer # e98853. You will also need a ball mount like # e66PR to complete your setup.
What kind of trailer will you be towing?

Hi Robin! I've got a 2020 Sienna Limited Premium and will be towing both a small utility trailer and a 14' travel trailer. Had previously used a 2012 Sienna for this. Do you think I should go with one of the other brand electronic brake controllers, or stick with my P3? I could always leave the P3 in my other tow vehicle.
