I haven't been able to use yet, however the only draw back was that I was under the impression that the pin came with it. It was my mistake because I didn't read the description fully. Can't wait to get to use.
Fits right but is a bit loose in the receiver after some time and starts to rattle some. I put some wheel bearing grease on it and it seems to have helped.
Wiring harness, ball mount and hitch receiver went together very well. I was able to put it out in very short order.

Great! Got hit in the back and the hitch kept the vehicle from getting smashed worse. The only problem with it is the fact that it makes black and blue marks on my shins when I forget its there!

I actually got my hitch the date they said it would be here to my surprise. When the box arrived it was pretty much beat up, not the hitch just the box. I wished there was instructions how to install it. Overall very satisfied and will buy from 5hem again
The video and the written instructions for installing the hitch were very helpful for a novice like me. In the process I saw that there was a good reason for every tool listed for installing it. The hitch fits perfectly and looks very sturdy. Now we can't wait to be able to take our bicycles with us when we go to the mountains from Denver, letting us enjoy all the biking trails. Also the hitch arrived only 3 days after ordering it - great!

The hitch has performed perfectly. Im a very satisfied customer.
It's a ball mount. Feels substantial and well made. Paint looks good, nice looking welding. Can't say anything bad. I understand that the hitch balls come in different sizes and types, but it would have been nice to get a simple hitch pin and clip when buying the hitch and ball mount together, as I was expecting that to be included with one or the other.

I seldom take the time to write a review but I felt compelled to share my excellent overall experience with etrailer.com. I ordered the C13200 trailer hitch receiver, 2" ball, 2" ball mount receiver, pin/clip, and C56217 wiring harness for my 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. All arrived in no time and in excellent condition. The installation videos and PDF documents are outstanding. I installed the hitch receiver in roughly 45 minutes - includes time to convince brother in-law to come over to help hoist it into place. Wiring harness installation was a breeze, roughly 20 minutes (again, great instructional videos). I could not be happier with the finished product. Looks nice. Came undamaged. it is going to be installed in 2 weeks. Would be nice to include a hitch pin and clip. Two more parts I need to source. For $XX I would think it could have been included.
This is a great all-purpose hitch. I've used it to mount a heavy-duty bike rack and a steel T-rack to carry a canoe as well as lumber. Most recently I hauled 5 x 8 cargo trailers full of plants, then furniture for a 600-mile move. It was simple to use, problem free, very strong and sturdy. Now that I live on some acreage, I see a trailer in my future, so this will get a lot more use. I drive a 2013 Tacoma, so this is a good size hitch at a good price with sufficient capacity for my needs. I do use a key lock for the hitch as well.

This hitch continued to work problem free. I had no issues with rust, anything coming loose or alternately, tightening up. It still a great all purpose hitch, and remains in great condition, so when I sold my Tacoma, I kept the hitch for my new truck.
This hitch is perfect for my needs. Great, quality products, from a knowledgeable source, offering competitive prices. Also, the brief video assist eased my installation efforts.

Does the job, however there's a lot of play when hitch mount is inserted into the hitch and when towing with an empty trailer. Very loud. Have to buy a silencer that goes around and secures the product.

Perfect fit only 10 minutes to install. The only thing was the ball mount didn't have the holding pin with it. But no big deal picked one up from the store.
Both items are doing great! The only issue is trying to get the 2” ball torqued to 250 ft lbs! I had a 1/2” torque wrench that goes to 250 ft lbs, but could not make it click. I called up Lile’s Trailers and he had a big ol impact gun. He also put his torque wrench on there and it clicked!
