Hey Troy, I will send this out to Dexter to see if they can ID what you have but for replacement part purposes both use the exact same replacement parts so if you are in a hurry you can interchange the parts as needed. What are you looking for?
The Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly #8-388-80UC3 you were looking at is designed specifically for 42mm Dexter Nev-R-Lube axles and you do not grease any of the components. This hub has sealed bearing cartridges which do not get greased. Now if you…
Depends on the capacity Dexter axle you have. If your 12 inch drum axles are 6k rated the magnet you would need as a replacement is the part #BP01-180. If instead you have a 7k axle the correct magnet is the part #BP01-225.
Thanks for the photo, and you are correct, you do indeed have a Dexter 7,000 lb axle, and are also correct regarding the shoes and magnets for Dexter 7k electric brakes, the Replacement Shoe #DX28FR and Replacement Magnet #BP01-225. That said,…
As you may have already found, 5200 lb, 6000 lb and 7000 lb axles can all use the same components including inner/outer bearings, hubs and brakes. Here are some other things they share in common: Dexter 5200 lb Regular Duty Axle - 0.180 inch tube…
Not a stupid question at all. The Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly, part #8-388-80UC3 is sold individually. If you find that down the road the inside of the drum is scored it can be resurfaced. The cartridge bearing for this assembly is part…
The Trailer Brake Magnet, #BP01-225, that you have referenced is designed for use with 12 x 2 inch Dexter electric drum brakes for 7,000 pound capacity axles. A similar magnet, #BP01-180, fits Dexter 6K, Alko 6K and 7K after 1988 (excluding…
In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your EZ Loader boat trailer you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped…
Hey Carlos, the closest option we have would be the Tandem Axle Jeep Style Trailer Fenders part #HP62VR which is 72 inches long and 10 inches wide. It is also diamond plate like you wanted but it is not painted.
Hey Sandra! It is possible to extend the hose on the Ignik FireCan Deluxe Portable Propane Fire Pit #GN67FR. Ignik doesn't have a specific hose but you can use the MB Sturgis Dual Quick Disconnect Propane Hose for Small Appliance #100395-120-MBS.…
In these days of customer "no service" I am usually disapointed when doing business with people I don't know. It was refreshing doing business with you. I'm impressed!

Black Tarps for Trailers and Loads
Black tarps make it simple to keep loads tidy on dump and utility trailers. When you want airflow that won't catch the wind, mesh styles help keep mulch and leaves from blowing and fold up easily after the run. For storage or weather, polyethylene-coated options add water resistance and UV protection; choose the tie-down points you prefer, like grommets or D-rings.
Match the tarp to your bed length and width, then add enough overhang to reach tie-down points. A wider tarp can also cover fenders and protect wheels from UV. Lay a tape across the widest points and include any side rails or tall loads you plan to cover. If you haul taller piles, allow extra length to drape and secure without overstretching.
They can hold up well for frequent use when secured properly. Avoid dragging heavy loads across the mesh and spread the load to reduce stress on seams. Inspect high-wear areas and tie points; some saw eyelets tear, rings bend, or a middle seam rip under strain. Using more tie-down points and edge protection can help reduce damage over time.
Choose mesh when you need airflow to keep rock, mulch, or leaves from blowing and to reduce flapping on the road. Mesh helped keep loads covered on dump and utility trailers and was easy to fold for storage. If you need rain protection, pick a non-mesh option. Check local rules about covering loads and be sure the cover fits your trailer.
Look for reinforced grommets and D-rings along the edges and use straps or ball bungees to secure it. Attach at multiple points to reduce movement at highway speed. Check that grommets are well set and D-rings are robust; some reported grommets pulling out and D-rings bending when over-tensioned. Avoid sharp edges or over-tightening at a single point.
