Hey Richard, thanks for all of the pictures of your current setup. On the spec sheet I can see that your current AC unit uses the older style of refrigerant which now can't be used in current AC units. So everything sold now has to be R32 and it won't work with any of the components of the older style systems. So you would need a new air box and thermostat. So long story short the part # CM89RR by itself won't work for you.

So for a version of this AC unit that comes with an air box and thermostat you'd want the part # CM32RR instead which comes with everything needed to install in a ducted application.
