White RV air conditioners are offered with remote or wall-thermostat controls for ducted or ductless installs. For a single zone setup, a wall thermostat can run your Suburban or Dometic propane furnace when wired as shown, including providing a constant 12 volt supply and ground to the thermostat and connecting the grounded furnace control wire to FURN (+) on Dometic systems.
Yes, a white ducted replacement with the included thermostat can control a Suburban furnace. Use the included thermostat instead of the old wall control. For a propane furnace, supply CONSTANT 12 volt and ground to the thermostat and connect the grounded furnace control wire to FURN (+). Verify dip switch 2 is ON for gas furnace and that 120v is present for cooling modes to avoid error codes.
White is available for ducted setups with an air distribution box. For ductless, availability in white may be limited. If you're mixing ducted and dump-air, confirm the lower vent assembly supports both. Check whether the distribution box you're considering is for ducted only before ordering.
Choose the white option with a wall thermostat if you want integrated furnace and A/C control. The remote-controlled option won't use your factory wall thermostat for A/C.
