When your trailer hits that 80" mark, you need more than just basic stop and turn lights. This Optronics kit includes everything needed for full lighting coverage—two low-profile combination tail lights (ST16RB and ST17RB), two amber clearance lights (MC91AB), two amber reflectors (RE11AB), a license plate bracket, a 25' wishbone wiring harness with a 4-pole connector, and all mounting hardware. It covers stop, turn, tail, rear clearance, rear reflex, side marker, side reflex, and license illumination functions so you meet federal lighting requirements in one go. Each tail light measures 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep with 2" spaced studs for easy surface mounting.

Good lighting isn’t just about brightness—it’s about coverage. The PC rating on these lights gives you a full 180° of visibility so your trailer is clearly seen from the back and sides. When installed at the corners, the lights double as both rear clearance and side marker signals. That wide beam spread helps other drivers judge your trailer’s width at night or in low-light conditions.
Rewiring a trailer can be a pain, but this kit keeps it straightforward. The included 25' wishbone wiring harness uses 20-gauge wire with the running light signal split to each side of the trailer. Self-grounding chrome bases on the clearance lights reduce extra wiring steps, and each connection point is built for standard 12V DC systems. With the stainless mounting hardware, gaskets, and license plate bracket included, you can get everything bolted up and connected without hunting for extra parts.
Every component in this kit meets DOT standards for trailers over 80" wide when installed correctly. Tail lights draw 2.3 amps for stop/turn and 0.9 amps for tail functions; clearance lights pull just 0.2 amps at 12V. Note this is made in China and not great quality. Should work fine but may not last. You will need a 10mm socket or box for the tail lights.
Great looking light kit, great warranty and pleased with the overall experience. The price was great, the shipping fast and the communication excellent. Will buy more in the future from this vendor.
Wish there were more than six wire clips. Washers to backup lock washers would of been nice. All in all very happy with product.

Purchased this product to rewire a 1980"s double-wide snowmobile trailer. These lights replaced the old ones perfectly, at a great price.
E-trailer is always great. I love how they produce instructional videos for their hitches. This hitch went on pretty easily with some help during the lifting process. The paper instructions were good. The only problem I noticed in the paper instructions is that it called for a 7/16” socket but it was actually an 11/16”. No biggie though. Great product from a great company.
Arrived in timely fashion. Have not installed yet, but appears to be what I need.
Easy to wire, easy to install, and so far no issues. Only thing I wish this came with was some wire connectors with shrink tubing. Other than that, works as needed
Was exactly as described, works perfectly with my trailer. Would give it a "Excellent" rating if it had included more thorough instructions for attaching the side marker lights and how to waterproof those. Otherwise great!
This is a cheap kit (made in Tiawan) I wish they sold the same kit with better quality that wasn't LED .The parts that I removed from the trailer were of much higher original quality. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The only parts I used from the kit were the tail lights. and license plate bracket. I threw away the side parker lights and went out and bought good ones.
I recently purchased a used boat trailer that required lights, wiring and markers to be replaced. I called customer service at etrailer.com with a list of questions. The representative was very patient and extremely helpful in guiding me to the product she believed met my needs. The new light package was on my doorstep in 3 days. The lights were exactly what I needed, easy to install, and work perfectly. Etrailer.com will be my first choice for any accessory needed to repair or improve my trailer.
Everything I needed was in the kit with good instructions. Delivery was right on time, With sales follow up I don't know how you could ask for better service.

Hi I am perfectly satisfied with everything I have gotten from e trailer. Will be back if and when the need arises.
Very easy installation! Had an issue with the running lights NOT working after installation. I emailed the team at etrailer.com and they helped me TROUBLESHOOT the problem. It was my vehicle. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find the problem when the light kit installed perfectly the 1st time! Only took about 2.5 hours but that's because I was meticulous about all of the connections and sealing them in heat-shrink tubing for extra protection.
I received the product in a timely manner. The problems started with installation. I was replacing an existing, non-functioning light set and the wiring appeared to be identical. I made some temporary connections and the red rear lights seemed to work with all functions. However, after hard-wiring and installing all of the lights they failed to work. The package included a bar code to access some installation videos. Unfortunately, these videos did not address the specific product I had, so they were of no use. After hours of experimenting I called for support. Support was friendly and had a technician call me back. After a couple of minutes of chatting, he informed me that this kit would not work with aluminum trailers and that I would need to install a separate, dedicated grounding connecting from all devices. Would have been nice to know that in advance, and perhaps there should be products and packages specifically for aluminum trailers.

I like to shop around online to find the best deal. I went to a competitor's web site that read "low price match guaranty". So I called them on the phone. Their rep said, "We can"t price match eTrailer.com". It was the exact same item. 25% lower price at eTrailer.
Fast shipping, excellent packaging.
And BTW, the lights worked out great.
One stop shop for a light overhaul, had to buy 2 smaller side lights to have the full set of lights needed to re-run all the lights and wires for my boat trailer, but this kit gave me 90% of what I needed.
I did have water get into one of the boxes, but a little epoxy around the wires where they enter the box, and problem solved. Best use of a day during my vacation was re-running all of the lights. No more lighting issues every time I put the boat in.
Working well. We did not use the license plate hanger because it didn't have a light on it. Ended up ordering another one with a light.

This kit could benefit from a seven pin configuration for the plug in
One of the side marker light plastic housings was cracked and broken but will be able to use some glue to make it work fine.
It’s wild that you sell a kit that has almost nothing that you need for installation. Thought this “kit” would at least include the proper connections for the marker lights. Instead, I find that I’d have to go to a hardware store for extra clips, extra wire, a harness extension (so I don’t have to tap into my vehicle wiring) whatever connection is needed for the marker lights to connect to the wiring, and heat shrink wire connections. I’m actually quite stumped how it has good reviews.. This is garbage.

Running lights not working is usually due to a grounding issue. Check and make sure each ground on your trailer has a direct, clean, and secure connection, and we can go from there. I attached a link to some FAQs. The diagrams on that page are really helpful.
