Install Hardware Recommendation for Command Electronics Hot-Line LED Trailer Light Bar #328-003-6017

Question:
I am designing a custom trailer and intend to use many of your components. I do have two questions. Can you tell me the size of the mounting screw used or the diameter of the screw hole for the 328-003-6017R light also the same for the LPL59CB light. Thank you.

Hey Robert, for the Command Electronics Hot-Line LED Trailer Light Bar #328-003-6017R, I'd recommend using two #8 stainless steel pan-head screws for mounting to a typical trailer surface. What are you installing this light on?

The LPL59CB listing says “.2 size hole”. what does that mean? 0.200”diameter meaning a #10 fastener? and does the 328-003-6017R also accept a #10 or is that a smaller hole only accepting a #8 as you mentioned We are an Engineering Firm Ignite Product Design and we are designing a custom camping trailer that pairs exactly with the new Ford Bronco. Same height and width for aero benefits and 2000 pounds dry, fits in a garage, and with a deployable roof for 6’-4” interior clearance
