Does the command Led light #328-003-6017R come with a gasket? Thank You

Because it's a sealed unit and designed to be surface mounted, the Command # 328-003-6017R Hot-Line LED Trailer Third Brake Light Bar doesn't include or need a gasket. Because it's designed to be submersible, the unit is completely waterproof.
If your concern is water ingress into the vehicle it's mounted on through the hole that the wires pass through, running a generous bead of silicone sealant like # 0160297 around the hole would do a good job of sealing things up.
