does it need load resister for tunn signal?

Hey Jae, if you were planning on using the Hot-Line LED Trailer Light Bar # 328-003-6017R for a trailer turn signal you would not need a load resistor. If this was going to be installed on a vehicle in place of an incandescent bulb then yes this would require a load resistor.
