Draw-Tite Tested Tough

Draw-Tite Tested Tough

Draw-Tite's Tested Tough program provides testing standards far superior to those outlined by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the go-to source for engineering professionals.

Each Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver undergoes extensive fatigue testing and static testing with the ball mount that is either supplied or recommended for use with that particular hitch, thus ensuring results that are applicable to real life use. Fatigue testing is also conducted on hitches rated for use with weight-distribution systems.

In addition, Draw-Tite performs static testing on a simulated automobile, as opposed to the rigid fixture used for SAE testing, resulting in a more true-to-life scenario.

Video Transcript for Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Nissan Rogue - Draw-Tite

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Nissan Rogue, we're going to be installing Draw-Tite's Class III 2" Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 75902.As you could see the crosstube is going to be hidden behind the bumper, so you're really only going to able to see the receiving tube here at the end. It's a Class III 2" x 2" receiver, so it's going to be great for all of your towing needs from trailers to bike racks. It'll handle just about anything. It features hoop-style safety chain loops. These are nice because they have a nice large opening, and they're small enough to accommodate just about any size safety chain from the massively large to the very small. It uses a 5/8" hitch pin and clip. Now, one does not come included with this, but you can pick one up here at etrailer.com with part number PC3.

Additionally, the small hole located in front of your hitch pinhole is going to allow it to accommodate a J-pin. A J-pin acts as an anti-rattle device locking whatever you have in your receiver in place preventing any noise going down the road.It features a 350 pound tongue weight. That's the force going down on top of the receiver, and a 3500 pound gross towing capacity. That's how much it can pull behind it. Now, you do want to verify with your vehicle owner's manual to ensure you're not exceeding those capacities. Now, I got some measurements for you to help you when deciding on accessories.

From the ground to the top inside edge of the receiving tube, measures about 13-1/2". This is important when deciding if you need a drop, rise, or raised shank on any of your accessories. From the center of the hitch pinhole the edge of the rear bumper, it's going to measure 7-1/2". This is important when deciding if any of your folding accessories can be placed in the upright storage position without contacting the bumper. We'll begin our installation underneath the rear of the vehicle in the passenger side. We need to remove the factory tow hook.

We'll remove this using an 18mm socket. There's a total of four bolts, two on the side and two on the bottom side just behind the tow hook here. We'll set that aside as we're not going to be reinstalling it.Next, we'll need to remove the plastic panels here. Now, it is possible to finagle your hitch up in there. However, rather than fight yourself, it's much easier to just take these pins out.

You can use a flat-bladed screwdriver or a trim panel remover tool to pop out the center and pull the pin out. You'll find a pin located here, here, here, and also in the back here for a total of four. Use your trim panel removal tool or flat-bladed screwdriver to pop out the center of the tab. Then you can just pull the tab out.The small pin located towards the front of the vehicle is going to be removed using a screwdriver. Unscrew the center of the pushpin and then you can pull it down. We can now remove our plastic panel and set it aside. You'll repeat the same process on your passenger side to remove its plastic panel as well. The pins are going to be in the same locations. Now, use some spray lubricant in your factor weld nuts and a small bristle brush to clean out the holes. This will make it easier to install your hardware. Do this for each of the weld nuts on the bottom of the frame, make your hitch easier to install. There's two on the passenger side and there's three on the drive side. Now prepare your five bolts. Take the bolt and place it on a conical tooth washer with the teeth facing away from the head of the bolt towards the hitch. You'll do this for each bolt. Now, with an extra set of hands we'll lift our hitch into position. You'll need to go over the exhaust on the drive side first, and then you can lift it up and line it up with your factory weld nuts. Once you get one of your bolts installed on each side, the hitch will hold itself into position making it easier to install the rest of your hardware. Now, tighten down all of your hardware with a 19mm socket. Now, torque all of your hardware to the specifications in your instructions. You can now reinstall the panel on the passenger side. Just lift it back into position and reinsert all of your pins. The panel that was removed on your drive side cannot be reinstalled due to the hitch being in the way. However, you can trim off small portions here out of your panel around there and then you could reinstall it. We're not going to be trimming it today due to demo purposes, but you have the option if you so like. That completes our installation of Draw-Tite's Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver on our 2018 Nissan Rogue.

What can I say? Took about two hours to install the hitch and the electrical connector. For the hitch I removed the two bolts and the shipping bracket from the RAV4 and then slid the hitch under. I held up one side and my wife held up the other and I installed the four bolts to hold it on. One bolt (passenger side) is almost too far under the rear muffler, but luckily the muffler is mounted via a rubber hanger and can be swung aside just enough to get a ratchet extension to it at a small enough angle to get the socket to catch. Spinning the bolts in as much as possible by hand is key. Saves a ton of ratchet work. Torqued the bolts at 65lbs per the instructions; seems plenty tight to me. Looks good on the 2012 RAV4 sport. 46755

This thing installed in 30 minutes - and that's only because I didn't have any help. Literally - remove 4 bolts, place the hitch, tighten 5 bolts, have a beer. The product is great but the video instructions on YouTube provided by etrailer were SUPERB. I will be buying all future hitches from etrailer and installing them myself. 185315

Product looks and works great. Be aware though that the 2016 Nissan Rogue is a touch more complicated under there than videos and durections indicate. Example: 1. Best to indtall drivers side first due to steel obstructions in chassis preventing positioning. 2. Rear-most bolt in drivers side difficukt to gain straight-in access; almost left it out due to repeated attempts failing. 3. Only Drivers side muffler hanger needed releasing-and only from MUFFLER, NOT chassis, lest you cant get it back on(no space). Over all, Id give it a 6-7 for difficulty, and I've done 5 so far on various cars. Fine product; Fine service; Fine price. CLess than complete instructions. Lots to take apart on car! Thanks. 256574

First I want to say I am very happy with the customer service. The CSR was very knowledgeable, polite, kind, and patient. I know when I need to make a order I just have to call her ext. And she'll call me back within a few moments. Shipping was unbelievable fast. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, received Tuesday afternoon. On my 2012 Nissan Rogue S AWD it took matter of 10 min. Install. Of course i have air tools to install. However honestly even without those I wouldn't see it taking more then thirty minutes tops. On the 2012 Rogue you don't have all the extra plastic covers. To remove like on newer models. But still easy bolt right up. On a side note i wouldn't use the Curt hitch due to the length of receiver inlet. The Draw Tite comes straight to end of bumper where you want it. 178153

Hitch receiver showed up with a few holes in the box. 2 weeks later I got around to installing it. The fitment was not perfect by any means but I made it work with 4 out of the 5 bolts. Passenger side fit was great but the driver side alignment was off somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 inch so the 3rd bolt hole could not be utilized. With what I will be pulling I believe this will be sufficient. 3 out of 5 stars 655394

When a trailer hitch is constructed, softer steel is used in the side plates as opposed to the harder steel used in the crossbar and receiver tube. This allows the hitch to flex along with the vehicle to a certain degree. This flexibility can also allow the hitch to get slightly bent out of position during shipping and handling. The good news is that its very easy to fix this if you know a few tricks as shown in the linked article. You will want to manipulate the hitch back into place so that the bolt holes line up. Unless the hitch is properly fastened to the vehicle, the weight capacity will be unknown which could lead to a dangerous situation.

This Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver was made for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Ordering it was easy from the web site and there was no question it was for my vehicle because it stated that clearly on the description page. It fit perfectly. Shipping was fast, as I received it sooner than I was told it would arrive. The installation video helped tremendously. I was able to install it myself in a very reasonable time with no problems or glitches. I plan on using it to receive a bike rack to haul a couple bikes. (Which I also ordered from etrailer) I don't believe it will let me down. Etrailer's prices were very reasonable and I saved a good chunk of money over the [competitor's] price with installation. 438573

I am so excited to begin using this. Through the help of Etrailer.com, they were able to find me a bike rack and hitch that fit my Rogue. The employees were understanding of my budget and assured me that getting a hitch was a much safer bet. In a matter of a few hours I had fully installed a hitch and bike rack. What I love about this so far is that when I went to the store I was able to remove the pin and it gave me enough of an angle so that I could completely open my trunk without having to remove the entire product off the hitch. My only issue is that the instruction manual does not give you the tool size you need to tighten it to the hitch. Trial and error we found that a 7/8ths is what it needed. 546990

I purchased this hitch specifically to support a 4-bicycle rack by Yakima. It served that purpose well, with a 350# tongue limit which is far below what we operate. This is a very beefy hitch. Pep-Boys installed it with no issues on our 2016 Nissan Rogue. In the photo you can see the early signs of rust after about a year in Southwest PA and that's only after serving six months of the past year. I expect to deal with this using some Krylon rust-inhibiting paint. That is kind of a disappointment and I would have expected a thicker powder coat. I will say that if I could make one change it is for there to be one more hole to key the rack in a bit closer to the body. 508356

I ordered this hitch for my 2014 Nissan Rogue, and was pleased with the instructions and the workmanship. Nothing looked flimsy or insufficient for the loads I would put on it. Assembly was not straightforward, but I didn't have to drill anything. I only had t remove a metal cowling from near the end to cut it out for clearance. The video really helped a lot. I'd really recommend having a jack to allow the hitch to be inserted. Due to the space, it was necessary to push up one end, swing over so the other end would get into place. Not a hard puzzle, but tough without a good jack that can hold the weight while moving it around. I needed the hitch to add a bike rack, and haven't had any complaints or noticed any problems after a year. TL;DR: Very satisfied, the online videos helped a lot 441104

I do appreciate the fast delivery, but I’d specifically asked your customer service rep that the hitch not be delivered until next Monday. She guaranteed that would happen. There is no one at the receiving address until late Sunday, so the package will be at my front door most of the weekend. I’m hoping it will still be there when I arrive. I’m really disappointed in the poor internal communication on this order. 575376

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75902 The perfect Fit for our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select, I just unbolted the factory Tow Hook , and Bolted on the New Trailer Hitch Reciever in Aprox 15-20 minutes , Bolt Pattern was perfect, no need to cut or remove any body parts (Except factory Nissan tow Hook ). I would suggest though when installing new Hitch to Start on the Drivers side (Instructions also state Starting on Drivers Side) That makes a Big difference ,Only hand tight Bolts a few threads, less chance of trying to jam or push into place, Also have extension (s) on Ratchet to reach frame of SUV allowing you room to rotate your ratchet below muffler and frame, w/o the extension(s) you will have difficulty turning the Bolts due to Clearance. The Directions were very clear, all the parts needed were included ( You will need a torque wrench to set bolts at correct torque ) All very Simple........ EXcellent Product !!!! I hope I helped someone else with this review, for I had read several reviews which helped me choose this Item, and I'm glad I did. Thanks, Rich 134295

Rich,Will you be so kind to measure the clearance from the hitch pin hole to end of bumper. It seems this clearance measurements are still an illusive information to get. Thanks,Yuval

The distance clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the very outer edge upper part of bumper of rear bumper is Aprox 5 1/2 inches. This would be on the 2014 Nissan Rogue Select model. I have no idea if the measurement would differ on the Nissan Rogue not sure if they have the same rear bumper.

Ok...first let me say that "etrailer" is what premium service is all about! Super fast shipping....wow! They shipped my hitch within a couple hours of the online purchase and it was free! The items arrived supremely packed with all hardware. Tracking was available the entire time. I ordered the Draw-tite Max class 3 hitch specifically designed for my wife's 2017 Nissan Rogue AWD, although we are just hauling bikes, I thought it well worth the few dollars more. Hitch was superbly designed and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Really well built, strong, not scrimping on materials here! I installed it myself in about an hour. I used a couple jackstands to hold unit up since I was by myself. I did not lift the SUV as clearance was fine to work underneath. The installation video was of great importance, to be able to see a step by step install made for an excellent install. I cannot reiterate enough how professional and detailed "etrailer" has been. Mr. George followed up via email a couple of times for no reason other than to see if I was happy with my purchase and how everything was. Now that's the way all .com businesses should be! Thank you to all at "etrailer" if you are looking for anything that has to do with sports, RV accessories, carrying or pulling anything on a vehicle....this is the place, trust me they are number one in my book. So who am I just a regular guy who was very impressed with this purchase! 335295

I ordered this hitch for my 2016 Nissan Rogue after watching the etrailer installation video. Got it in four days. It took me about an hour to do the install and was as easy as the video made it appear. It helped to have the following tools: ramps to get the car up on, a torque wrench, a removal tool for the snap in fasteners that hold your plastic body panels on. However, you don't have to have any of these. The essential tools are, 18 and 19 mm sockets, an extention for the sockets, flat and phillips screwdrivers. And you really don't have to put the plastic cover panels back on the car as they really don't show or do anything that I can tell. The hitch is made by Draw-Tite, fits perfectly, and only the receiver is visable below your bumper. I am very pleased and recommend this purchase. 394558

Very pleased with this hitch- delivered very quickly, and even though part of the hitch was sticking out of the box it was in perfect condition. I watched the instructional video a few times, which was very helpful, and the whole install was about 40 minutes. About 25 minutes of this was spent getting the Phillips screws out from the plastic trim (the nut above is not accessible and spins, so you may need to pull down on the trim as you unscrew for it to come out ), and then the bolts for the tow hook out as they were seemingly screwed in and welded by demons into my car. Installing the hitch was a breeze, and was easier than I anticipated! This is coming from someone who is not very handy at these sorts of things . Would highly recommend this for the Nissan Rogue. Plan on using this for my hitch-mount bike rack, as well as towing a small utility trailer. Attached are a few shots- before and after the install. 358576

The product came quickly and the customer service was great. I selected 3-5 day shipping because I needed the hitch relatively soon and it came in exactly three days. The install of this hitch was easy and the accompanying video was also helpful. I can’t wait to use this hitch for my bike rack on vacation this summer! I would definitely recommend etrailer to anyone. 542094

Great product fast shipping. Using the product for a hitch haul. Followed instructions online video, and used the wait time to prep. On cars with a few years on them it's best to clean threads before hand, I didn't waste too much time with brushes and oil, just cleaned the holes a bit and then ran a 6 dollar 12mmX1.25 pitch tap and chased the threads, as they were pretty ugly with rust. This was on a 2012 Rogue. I had it all prepped and ready and when hitch came in, I started the bolts in by hand with a friend holding the other side then ran them up with the air gun and torqued them to the final settings with a 1/2 inch torque wrench and six inch extension. Took me 5 minutes tops to install. Took longer to remove the tow hook and prep the 3 holes with the tap then install the new hitch. 332828

Received the hitch in five days--packed well and came through in perfect condition. Directions and Video were fantastic. No surprises and installation took me 20 minutes--pretty good for a middle school Principal. I strongly recommend buying the Draw-Tite #75902 hitch over the Curt. I installed a Curt on my 2012 Nissan Rogue and the receiver isn't long enough and you need to use a hitch extender for accessories (bike rack, dog step, hitch haul). I just installed the Draw-Tite hitch on a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select. (same exact car as the 2012) This hitch fit perfectly and receiver is flush with the back of the bumper. I should have returned the Curt hitch and not screwed around with the hitch extender and anti rattle clamp. Always a pleasure dealing with etrailer.com 200010

Excellent communication through the order and shipping process. Order was placed on Monday 28th and it shipped the same day. It arrived on Thursday the same week at Niagara Falls NY. Instructions were pretty straight forward. I installed it myself and the only issue I had was cleaning out the rust in the frame weld nuts. Followed the etrailer video on cleaning out the rust but after 6 years on the road through Canadian winters there was a lot of rust. Couldn't find a right size tap to clean the nuts so I did the next best thing. I used a Dremel cutting disc to cut out 4 lines of threads at 12, 3, 6 & 9 o'clock positions. Used the old bolts that secured the factory installed towing eye. Screwed and unscrewed the bolt on the 3 driver side weld nuts using a pneumatic ratchet. This took the longest time. Once these were clear install was a breeze. Suggest anyone doing a self install perform the above prep work while the product ships. Once ready install takes less than 15mins. 428790

I was looking for a hitch on my new Rogue for a bike rack requiring a 2 inch receiver. I have been impressed with every aspect of this product. The site was excellent and easy to understand. The instruction video was informative and easy to understand. The hitch was delivered on time. The free shipping was a great bonus. I had no problems with the installation. I had a little trouble removing the factory bracket on the right side. The bolts were very tight. You just need the proper tools. I was even able to get the appearance plastic to fit on the left side with a little trial and error. The right side fit with no modifications. The hitch works great and looks great. 261098

I needed a rack to hold two totally different types of bikes. The Swagman XTC-2 platform bike rack is perfect! Since one bike is a Randy Ross 3G stepper bike and doesn't have a crossbar, I needed a rack that would carry both styles, this rack does that. Using the etrailer questions page, I was able to determine the dimensions and clearances of the bike rack to make certain is was correct for my bikes. I also used the different videos to also help pick the correct tow hitch for my Nisson Rogue. I placed the order, had an immediate confirmation and the rack was shipped the next day. It arrived as scheduled in perfect shape. The directions are a little vague and do not match the hardware, but it is not an issue. This is very simple to assemble. I like the fact that the weight of the bikes is supported in the hoops, then the clamps secure the frames, a very secure system. The hoop locations are adjustable, it took me a couple of tries to find the ideal configuration for holding our bikes. Also, the rack can be folded down (with the bikes removed) to allow the rear door to opened without removing the rack from the car. Etrailer is great to deal with and I got a great price with free shipping. I have to stress that the installation videos make the installation easy and were 100 percent correct. They addressed every question I had about how to install the tow hitch. It was actual a two person job. The reviews and videos of the racks in actual use was a big help to me, in picking the tow hitch and rack combo. I would highly recommend etrailer.com 262065

This was probably the easiest trailer hitch I have ever installed in my life. I called the help number we discussed the vehicle I had and what I would needed the hitch for. I ordered the item # 75902 and it arrived within two days, after opening the box checking the directions and watching the video link supplied, I had my hitch installed on the vehicle in less than an hour. The video was designed for my specific vehicle it tells you what to look for and the tools needed and what needed to be removed and any modification needed and how to do them. I actually installed this by myself, a second set of hands would have been useful but not necessary. I'm very proud with my chose in the quality and service from etrailer.com 719982

After watching the install video, this product went in in about 20 minutes. Easy, tucked away under bumper. I was able to install the trim pieces the video says will not be used again, so don’t discard and install them back. In all good quality product. 719138

I installed the hitch in about 1 hour. Did not encounter any issues on my 2014 Rogue, it was a solid fit. The hitch is really well made and is heavy. I installed my Yakima platform hitch and fits really good. All I need to do now is load my bike and hit the trails. 716531

2016 Nissan Rogue

I gave this product five stars because it was delivered a few days before the date it was supposed to, it fit on my 2016 rogue exactly the way it supposed to. All you have to do is cut out the plastic covers for where the hitch attaches to the frame, I did that with metal cutters, it was very easy. It was very easy putting the hitch in with a floor jack, Another hint for you is to put the driver side in first with one bolt and then the other side. 702678

Hi George the quality of the hitch was fine but it was short by 3ins ball is to close to bumper. 699441

Comments

This hitch is tucked under the vehicle quite a bit. On our installation of this hitch on a 2018 Nissan Rouge the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper is 7-12 inches. You can see this measurement in the video that I have attached. If you would like we to do have several extended length ball mounts, that I have also linked for your reference.

Another happy customer, the instructors were accurate and the hitch was installed as expected. The online videos and the other posted reviews were very helpful. After removing the pictured bracket the hitch bolted straight on. The only recommendation was that hitch arrived with the ends of it breaking through the wall of the shipping box and one end had paint chipped off, my recommendation was to improve the shipping packaging for such a quality product. 677362

Do you have a question about this Trailer Hitch?

  • 2018 Nissan Rogue Trailer Hitch Recommendation
  • The Draw Tite hitch part # 75902 which is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Nissan Rogue would easily tow a jet ski trailer. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening that has a 3,500 lb trailer weight capacity. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well. For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 118480 which is a custom fit. I attached an install video for this as well. If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit...

  • Will Hitch Installation on 2017 Nissan Rogue Affect Operation of Rear Hatch Lift Sensors
  • Automated rear hatch opening systems on vehicles like your 2017 Nissan Rogue usually have multiple sensors at various points on the rear bumper cover. Hitch installation will often block the centrally-located sensor but usually does not affect those towards the outside edges of the bumper. So if you were to install one of the available 2-inch Class III hitches like Draw-Tite # 75902 or Curt # C13204, or either of the 1-1/4-inch Class II models, # 36542 or # C12122, you will just need...

  • The Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack, # TH934XTR, that you referenced is a great economy 4 bike rack that will work well for your 2017 Nissan Rogue. I recommend the Thule Vertex # TH9029XT which is a step up from the Hitching Post Pro rack. The Vertex is a lighter rack compared to the Hitching Post Pro. The arching arms of the Vertex rack makes loading and unloading an easier task over the straight arms of the other Thule rack. I also recommend using a bike adapter bar like the...

This is a Class III trailer hitch that has a 3,500 pound towing capacity and 350 pound tongue weight capacity, although I also recommend checking your vehicle's capacity as listed in the owner's manual. This is a custom-fit hitch for your vehicle, which means no drilling will be required during installation. I have attached an installation video on your Nissan Rogue for you to check out. Since...

  • Comparing the Curt C13204, etrailer E98846, and Draw-Tite 75902 Hitch for a 2019 Nissan Rogue
  • The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98846 is made by Curt right here in the USA. The only difference between this and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13204 is that the Curt hitch has a glossy powered coated finish whereas the etrailer.com Hitch has more of a matte powered coated finish which we find does not draw as much attention to it. I have attached a photo comparison of these two finishes for you. When comparing the etrailer.com and Curt hitches to the Draw-Tite...

  • Is Stabilization Strap Required for Curt Trailer Hitch on a 2018 Nissan Rogue
  • Yes. Curt does require stabilization strap # 18050 when using trailer hitch # C13204 for anything other than a trailer. Only one strap is required but you can use more than one if you wanted to. Or you could avoid having to use straps completely and install Draw-Tite hitch # 75902. Draw-Tite does not have any sort of strap requirement like Curt does.

  • What Is The Best Hitch Receiver For A 2014 Nissan Rogue
  • Both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13204 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75902 are excellent hitch receiver options and perfect for hauling a bike rack on your 2014 Nissan Rogue. I recommend using the Draw-Tite hitch receiver as it is more cost effective and does not require any additional add-ons. • Recommended Hitch and Bike Rack for 2017 Nissan Rogue
  • I can see where the confusion may set and I will be happy to clear it up for you. The weight of the hitch itself does NOT count as part of the tongue weight limit; what will matter is the weight of the rack and the bikes. I took a look at the owner's manual for your 2017 Nissan Rogue and it does specify that the maximum tongue weight for your vehicle is 110 lbs, so that is the weight your bike rack and bikes cannot exceed. A bike rack that can hold three bikes would not necessarily...

  • Weight Capacity and Bike Rack Options For 2018 Nissan Rogue
  • In that question, the customer may have been referring to the towing capacity of their vehicle being a maximum tongue weight of 110lbs. That information can be found in your owners manual. So even if Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75902 has a 3,500 pound towing capacity and 350 pound tongue weight capacity, the towing capacity of the vehicle takes precedent. So the lowest of the two numbers is what you go with in regards to towing capacity. So please check the towing capacity...

  • Recommended Bike Rack and Hitch for 2017 Nissan Rogue
  • For your 2017 Nissan Rogue, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13204 does require some trimming of an underbody trim panel, so whether you are comfortable doing that trimming or not would be the only issue with doing it yourself. If you are comfortable with the trimming as shown in the video you can absolutely do it yourself. If you are not, any mechanic you trust can install it. You may want to consider the Draw-Tite # 75902 simply because the installation will be the same, but Draw-Tite...

This should be sufficient to pull your boat and trailer but you will want to check your weight to make sure. • How Long Will the Thule Hitching Post Pro Part # TH934XTR Last
  • There isn't really a specified life span for hitch mounted bike racks as it will vary based on how they are cared for and how much they are used. However, I wouldn't think it is out of the ordinary for one to last a decade. The only thing that really wears down on hanging bike racks like the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR are the cradles but they can easily be replaced with the Replacement Stay-Put Cradle for Thule Parkway and Roadway Bike Carriers part # 853-7887. • When a hitch like # 75902 is installed on a vehicle that has multiple rear bumper lift gate sensors usually it is only the center one that might be affected by the presence of the hitch tube. In practical terms all this means is that the liftgate function will need to be activated via one of the other sensors on the bumper.
