That's a great question, Ronald. In most cases yes. You would want to check the sticker that's in the drivers side door jam for what your truck's ratings. It should have a section for weight distribution. This hitches rating with a weight distribution are as follows: Maximum GTW: 10,000 lbs Maximum TW: 1,000 lbs If you have any more questions, let me know!
